These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services (personal and group), and workshops (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or register for any Services.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the website, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

• Scope: Coaching is a professional relationship that helps individuals and groups achieve personal or professional goals. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
• Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not disclose your information without consent, except as required by law.

• Registration: Workshop spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required to secure your spot.
• Content: All workshop materials are proprietary and for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
• Recordings: Some workshops may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant us the right to use the footage for educational or promotional purposes.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.
• Refund Policy:
  • Coaching: Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
  • Workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, no refunds will be issued.
  • Digital Products: All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials provided during coaching or workshops, are the intellectual property of Happi.Coach, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from our Services.
• No Professional Advice: Our Services are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
• Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happi.Coach, LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
